Berlin’s luxury real estate market is booming and be it an apartment, a townhouse, a penthouse or any other kind of high-end luxury real estate you are looking for, Berlin will most certainly not disappoint. For this second post in a short series exploring luxury real estate in Berlin, I have listed a few of my favourite luxury apartments for sale right now in different areas of Berlin, along with a short description and picture.
For more detailed information about the following properties, please follow the links alongside each apartment which will lead you directly to their individual page on the Black Label website.
Luxury Apartment in Schöneberg
This sophisticated luxury apartment in Berlin Schoeneberg is situated on the second floor of a classical Berliner Altbau from 1911. The building’s entrance is quite spectacular; featuring its original elevator and classic marble walls and flooring, one is immediately struck by a feeling of luxury upon entering. The refurbished apartment which features five bedrooms also retains its historical charm thanks to traditional stucco decorations, high ceilings and large, double windows.
Luxury Apartment in Friedrichshain
This state-of-the-art apartment with a spectacular view of the River Spree was designed by architect Tchoban Voss. The interior follows a linear design and features a careful selection of natural materials. All floors and the bathroom walls are fitted with marble stone (Pietra Grey), for example, establishing a harmonious flow throughout the entire apartment. No expenses have been spared in the kitchen area either with fully equipped, high quality Bosch Series 9 appliances, all tactfully hidden inside the monolithic wooden cube. This is luxury in Berlin at its finest.
Luxury Apartment in Schmargendorf
Black Label are proud to present this spectacular, bright Altbau apartment close to Grunewald forest. Situated on the second floor of a historical villa, the entire apartment was recently renovated to a high quality standard, with special care taken to preserve the property’s classical Altbau features and elegant stairwell. This historical apartment is situated in arguably the nicest area of Grunewald, renowned for housing some of Berlin’s most exclusive luxury villas.
Luxury Apartment in Charlottenburg
Originally built in 1905, this luxury apartment in the heart of Charlottenburg has been completely refurbished by architects who skillfully merged the building’s historical and modern elements. The entire building is in very good condition and is well maintained. The Altbau’s classic high ceilings (3.8 metres) evoke an even greater sense of space, and large windows create brightly lit rooms and evoke a warm and comfortable living atmosphere. The apartment also boasts two luxurious bathrooms and a modern kitchen which extends out onto the balcony.
