Andreas’ career has grown from managing East German rock bands to working in the shipping industry to handling the sale of huge commercial properties in Berlin. Now with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry, Andreas is our fount of all knowledge and expertise. Andreas may handle some of our biggest projects, but you’ll also find him helping individuals find their dream apartment in Berlin.

Achim previously worked in the super luxury property market in beautiful St Tropez and despite his success, he realised he needed a change of scene. He decided to study an MBA in the UK, where he gained a deep understanding of British culture – and grew to love it. Achim went on to set up the first international online estate agency in London, which, after realizing the potential of the growing international clientele in Berlin, he moved to the capital of Germany.
Fast-‐forward 8 years and Achim is the ‘eyes and ears’ of Black Label: helping clients, working with developers, online marketing and motivating the BL team.

Heike takes care of the management of all our lettings. She’s there to support our buy-‐to-‐let clients by finding them tenants and managing their property for them. Heike completed her postgraduate studies at the TFH Berlin and soon afterwards started working in the Berlin Real Estate industry.
After 25 years, Heike’s experience stretches from managing both residential and commercial property to bookkeeping and administration.
Michaela is the cog in the wheel that makes Black Label turn! She’s responsible for responding to the many questions and needs of our clients (and also our team). Black Label benefits from her many years of experience, careful thinking and absolute job precision.
Michaela has an MA in German and Slavic studies from the Freie Universiteat, had a stint working in the theatre business and then moved onto the then relatively young Jazz Radio station. Here she gained experience in accounting and finance and managing advertising. Michaela joined Black Label in September 2017 and is now the Executive Assistant to the management team

Nancy has lived in and experienced some polar opposite cultures across the globe. After completing her MSc at the University of Edinburgh, Nancy was the International Relations whiz for a major Chinese media group in Shanghai. She then set out to experience another European culture and worked as an advisor to Chinese companies and individual clients in Germany. After this, Nancy started to help clients exclusively with Black Label. Nancy is now our in-‐house expert on Asian client relations.

Clive initially found Black Label when he bought an apartment from us in 2016, after which he came to work here (so we must be doing something right). He has been a regular visitor to Berlin since the mid-90’s and eventually decided to relocate here from the UK in 2017. Prior to working for Black Label Clive was a business start-up coach and has over 20 years’ experience in the creative industries in London.
Clive is now Black Label’s international sales and relocations consultant and is there to help you not only find your dream property in Berlin, but also to help you settle in and feel ‘at home’.

After studying Law in Bonn, I moved to Berlin for my postgraduate degree. I found Berlin to be an exciting and charming metropolis and experiencing the diverse architecture of the city sparked my interest in real estate. Since then I have built up 9 years of experience in real estate management.
My main tasks at Black Label include tenant related issues, condominium ownership and condominium ownership law. I am the point of contact for property owners, authorities, lawyers, prospective tenants and tenants.
I speak fluent German, Polish, Russian and intermediate English.
After completing his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Yiannis worked as an urban planner in a small private consultant’s office in Thessaloniki, Greece. After learning to speak fluent German however, Yiannis decided to relocate to Berlin in search of a more stable professional environment.
Yiannis now takes care of the management of all our lettings, supporting our buy-to-let clients by finding them tenants and assisting in the management of their property.

Originally from London, Amy moved to Berlin in 2014 to embark on an exchange year at the Freie Universitaet. After completing her English Literature degree from the University of Leeds in 2016, Amy returned to Berlin and started assisting within various areas of Black Label, including press relations, content creation for social channels, branding and business development.
After studying a diploma in Interior Design, Amy combined her knowledge of property and creative design to offer an Interior Design service to Black Label clients.

Martin works alongside us as an independent mortgage broker, ensuring that every client gets the best financial help possible for their property purchase. Martin has a Masters degree in Business Administration from an elite German University and two decades of experience in brokering property finance.
He’s lived in both Germany and Leeds, UK, so he has an understanding of British culture and speaks impeccable English, meaning he’s great at supporting international clients and now specialises in this. He’s there to ensure that the financial side of your purchase runs smooth as clockwork.

Jeni is currently furthering her knowledge by studying European Management at TH Wildau Berlin while working part-‐time for Black Label, but she’s already got an excellent grasp of the Berlin property market. Jeni’s sharp writing skills and efficiency means that she’s consistently producing great adverts for our online platforms, as well as assisting with marketing and other back office tasks. After living and working in Australia for 6 months, Jeni has an international spirit and perfected her Aussie accent.

Following her year abroad as an au pair in San Francisco, Vivian moved to Berlin in 2015 to begin a degree in Economics, majoring in Real Estate Management. During her studies she gained valuable work experience, specifically in the field of Real Estate Financing.
Vivian has been working for Black Label since July 2018, organising the back office, creating property brochures and managing online listings.
Nicci’s a respected journalist, author & copywriter and manages all of the UK press and PR for Black Label. She has a degree in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University and enjoys writing about people, places, arts & culture, business, innovation and lifestyle – she’s got her finger on the pulse.
She’s been coming to Berlin for a few years now and has fallen in love with the city. ‘It feels full of possibilities, creative and enterprising, but is also very relaxed for a capital city’.

Dominique manages all of the German press and PR for Black Label. She started out in journalism over 20 years ago as a volunteer at ‘Kieler Nachrichten’, but since then has come a long way. Dominique now works as a freelancer with a host of big clients. In her spare time, she builds on her writing skills by posting on her own blog regularly, and it doesn’t stop there – she also very recently finished studying a Degree in Social Pedagogy.

We’re not sure where we’d be without Nathalie. She’s our accountant, finance & quality manager and Human Resources -‐ all in one. Nathalie has an academic background in legal sciences after which she made the move to self-‐employment. She now runs her own company that works closely with Black Label. She’s an expert in offering specialist advice to business start-‐ups in Berlin with a focus on corporate structure, management control and accounting.
Nathalie has a portfolio that includes everything from established German businesses to international clients to creative Berlin start-‐ups in their baby stages.

After completing my bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, I went on to do my masters degree, similarly focusing on Finance. I interned at AlfraTV ltd in London and Colliers International in Moscow and subsequently built up my skills in managing financial investments. At the same time, I developed an interest in the financial side of the property markets.
I’m currently finishing my masters while living in Berlin and assisting property mortgage advisor Martin Bonnet, as well as working on the team for Black Label.
