The angular staircases and the brickwork highlighted entrance indicates the architectural style of this period. The pointed windows of the stairwells and the color combination of the walls and doors complete the architectural features. The light-flooded and renovated 3 room apartment reflects a functional floor plan and the optimal layout. From the well-cut hallway lead two doors to the east facing bedrooms and study. The original doors have been preserved, on the other hand the windows have been replaced. A loggia facing the courtyard is accessible from the bright and spacious living room.
