Renovated and light-flooded old 3-room apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg
On the fifth floor of the residential building from 1904 is the light-flooded 3-room apartment in south-east orientation built. An elevator is attached to the adjacent building and leads to the upper floors of both buildings.
The original old interior door leads directly into the elongated hallway of the apartment, from there lies a bedroom, the newly tiled bathroom equipped with a tub and the spacious living room. From the living room you reach the modern and high quality equipped kitchen and another bedroom or study.
Since it is a corner building, the apartment has optimal light conditions due to the orientation to the east, south and west, at the same time a wide view of the roofs of Berlin-Kreuzberg is given. The atmosphere of the old building apartment is underpinned by the coffered doors and the recently reworked floorboards. For energy reasons, insulated glazed windows were installed in 2014. The entire apartment has undergone renovation in 2019.
The residential building was completely renovated in the 90s, has gas central heating, TV cable connections and parking for bicycles in the courtyard.
On the sixth floor there is a passage to the neighbour building at Blücherstr. 61, from where the lift is accessible. The passage offers a great view of the TV tower and invites to linger.

Kreuzberg has always been one of the most attractive districts near the center of Berlin. Between Südstern, Bergmannkiez, Landwehrkanal and Hasenheide you live in one of the most popular inner-city districts in Berlin.
In the adjacent streets there is a grown and colorful neighborhood culture with a rich cultural offer, small stores and great weekly markets.
The mostly renovated, sometimes extremely impressive old buildings, the restaurant and pub culture that has been established for decades, the lively diversity in the nearby Bergmannstraßenkiez, the legendary Viktoriapark and the new Park am Gleisdreieck ensure a close bond to this area among the residents.
With the Bergmannkiez within walking distance, the surrounding area shows its more middle-class side with a mature neighborhood. Here, beautiful Gründerzeit buildings line the quiet side streets, where tradition meets modernity. The Kreuzberg location combines everything you could want from life in the big city: countless stores, cafés, bars and restaurants to suit almost every taste. In addition, a leisure and recreation potential right on the doorstep, which is unparalleled in the capital. Supermarkets, discount stores, organic and specialty stores are also located in the immediate vicinity. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Turkish weekly market in Crellestraße invites you to take a stroll. The many daycare centers and schools make it clear that all generations are at home here.
The connection to the public transport system is ideal. Four subway lines as well as various buses can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. In addition, the Tempelhof freeway junction is only a few minutes away by car.
