The large two-room apartment has high ceilings and lovingly preserved original elements, such as beautiful stucco decorations on the ceiling, cassette doors and floorboards, which skilfully accentuate the unique old building charm of this apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a window. All windows are carefully revised. The cozy kitchen offers enough space for a dining area and a small storage room completes it very well. The larger room can be entered from the hallway and has a south-west facing balcony that is pampered by the sun. The second room can be reached via the first and is ideally fitted for a bedroom. Here you will find a homely & cozy atmosphere for your new home.

Berlin as a city
City of freedom, wall city, metropolis without curfew - there are many reasons to visit Berlin and even more to live here! Poor but sexy is far gone. Today, young, international visionaries, founders and initiators are moving to the city. This dynamic, the unique history of the capital and the diversity of the neighborhoods make Berlin one of the most exciting and liveable cities in Europe.
Neukölln as a district
No district of Berlin has changed as positively as Neukölln has in recent years. The former problem district has blossomed into one of the most sought-after residential areas in Berlin. Still, the district has kept its multicultural flair. In the streets, hip cafes and trendy bars meet corner pubs and star restaurants are right next to kebab shops. This colorful mix shapes Neukölln's unique attitude towards life, which attracts students and artists from all over the world and, more recently, more and more young families.
The old building, from around 1900, at the southern end of Hermannstrasse, is located in the middle of a diverse neighborhood. Just around the corner is Kranoldplatz, which is transformed from a colorful weekly market into a lively meeting point every Saturday. In just a few minutes you can reach the Tempelhofer Feld, which, offers everything that can be imagined in regards to local recreation: running and racing bike routes, kite surfing, urban gardening, beer gardens and grill meadows or just strolling. There are trendy cafés in the adjacent Schillerkiez, the village charm of historic Rixdorf is not far away and in the beautifully landscaped grain park just around the corner, you can play boules in summer with a glass of wine.
The connection to public transport could not be better. In just a few steps you can reach the S + U Hermannstraße station, from where you can take the ring train to Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg or to Schöneberg and Charlottenburg in the other direction, in just a few minutes. You have a direct S-Bahn connection to Schönefeld Airport and the U-Bahn via Kreuzberg to Alexanderplatz. By car you can reach the underground driveway to the city motorway after a few hundred meters.
