Neukölln as a district

The old building, from around 1900, at the southern end of Hermannstrasse, is located in the middle
of a diverse neighborhood. Just around the corner is Kranoldplatz, which is transformed from a
colorful weekly market into a lively meeting point every Saturday. In just a few minutes you can reach
the Tempelhofer Feld, which, offers everything that can be imagined in regards to local recreation:
running and racing bike routes, kite surfing, urban gardening, beer gardens and grill meadows or just
strolling. There are trendy cafés in the adjacent Schillerkiez, the village charm of historic Rixdorf is not
far away and in the beautifully landscaped grain park just around the corner, you can play boules in
summer with a glass of wine.

The connection to public transport could not be better. In just a few steps you can reach the S + U
Hermannstraße station, from where you can take the ring train to Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg
or to Schöneberg and Charlottenburg in the other direction, in just a few minutes. You have a direct SBahn
connection to Schönefeld Airport and the U-Bahn via Kreuzberg to Alexanderplatz. By car you
can reach the underground driveway to the city motorway after a few hundred meters.
