Features

The flats are planned with balconies or terraces, which will be covered with WPC planks. The ground floor flats also have an associated garden area. All flats are barrier-free and accessible by lift. The outdoor areas will be constructed according to the outdoor facilities plan.
The hydraulic passenger lift system from Schindler provides access to all floor levels from the basement to the 3rd floor. The call and intercom systems in the flats will be equipped with door openers and video door control. All windows, balcony and terrace doors will be fitted with modern thermal insulation glazing in accordance with EnEV. For summer heat protection, aluminium roller shutter elements - with electric operation - will be installed for all windows and French doors. All interior rooms of the flats, which are not tiled, will receive a prefabricated parquet flooring in oiled/varnished oak or as desired, suitable for underfloor heating. The heating and hot water supply is provided by gas central heating in the basement. A solar system according to EnEV proof will be built on the roof. Bicycle and pram parking spaces will be available in the basement and also in the garden.

We are currently in the shell construction stage, so that changes to the floor plan are still possible.

Completion is planned for the end of 2022.
