Live centrally and close to the water in the new building!
A few minutes from the spa gardens and the Scharmützelsee, this modern new building is being built with attractive apartments.
Characteristics of the architectural style are the floor plans with their classically cut rooms, which create excellent living comfort. On each floor you will find apartments with well-divided rooms and a balcony. Other amenities of the apartments are a parking space in the underground garage, which can be purchased additionally, and a cellar compartment with additional storage space.
An elevator takes you directly to your new home, which impresses with its modern living comfort. The open floor plan divides the apartment into a high-quality bathroom, an open kitchen / living / dining area, a utility room and two bedrooms. The loggia invites you to linger and relax not only on warm summer days.

Living where others spend their holidays!
Bad Saarow is located southeast of Berlin and belongs to the Oder-Spree district in Brandenburg. North of Bad Saarow you will find the city of Fürstenwalde, west of it, the city of Frankfurt (Oder). Approximately 6000 inhabitants are currently settling on an area of 52 km² in the suburb of Berlin. In the past century, the city was particularly regarded as a summer residence for upscale Berlin society.
Bad Saarow was appointed as an air spa and seaside resort as early as 1906 and is largely known for it to this day. The popular Arosa Resort Scharmützelsee opened in 1994 with a wonderful 63-hole golf course. A brine source was opened in 1996 as well as the well-known SaarowTherme.
Like the SaarowTherme, the lovingly designed spa park is right outside the door and not only offers holidaymakers but also local residents a unique backdrop to leave everyday stress behind in every season. In addition to relaxing walks, various leisure activities such as golf, water skiing, tennis, boat trips, hikes, rides on the summer toboggan run and bike excursions are offered. Cultural events in the Theater am See, in the Kulturforum or in the changing art exhibition offer variety.
The place is particularly characterized by the park-like and wooded plots with the beautiful and well-preserved Wilhelminian style villas that characterize the cityscape. Various cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and several shops are available in the village, which can be reached in a few minutes.
The train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The country roads 34 and 412 as well as the Autobahn 12 can be reached in a few minutes by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to Schönefeld Airport and a good hour to the center of Berlin.
