The property is located directly at the Summter lake, which lies along a shoreline of just about 95 meters. From the road to the shore, there are roughly 113 meters in-between. The construction site, on the other hand, is approximately 1,700 sqm in size. To enjoy the idyll of the community-owned bathing lake in peace, motorboats are prohibited. The lake can be accessed directly from the property.
Utilization Possibilities are as follows:
The general residential area is suitable for shops, pubs, restaurants, craft workshops, religious, cultural, social, health and sports functions, accommodation and horticulture purposes. The property lies within the scope of a development plan and is partly in a nature reserve. The buyer is free to decide whether he/she wants to build one, two or three buildings. It is to be noted, however, that only an area of 406 square meters can be built on. The property is also surrounded by an old wooden fence. Further details with respect to the above would have to be discussed with the building/construction authorities.

Summt was first mentioned in the 1375 chronicles and belongs to the municipality of Mühlenbecker Land, which lies on the northern border of Berlin (approx. 30 minutes by car to Berlin-Mitte). From the S-Bahn stop Mühlenbeck, there is a direct line to Berlin. The motorway exits A34, A10, and A24 to Hamburg are also nearby. On the opposite side of the property, there is a small cafe, and just about five minutes from the Summit, a variety of shopping facilities can be found in the town of Mühlenbeck.
