Step 1: Define your goals!

  • Why do you want to sell your home? What are your future plans? Do you require a different type of apartment in a different location? Apartment instead of a house, or a house instead of an apartment? New job in a different state or even abroad?
  • How much should your house cost? Where should the bargaining power be? What are the additional costs?
  • Do you want to market your house yourselfor do you want to hire an agent? (What is the brokerage commission and who has to pay it?)

Step 2: Let’s determine the value of your house!

  • We recommend a professional review by a local estate agency. This house and surrounding property will be valued. The land values are checked – but also the possibility for building. This is – at least in Berlin – free of charge.
  • If you wish, we can visit your home for a free and non-binding → market assessment!

Step 3: We can start today!

  1. Your personal contact person introduces themselves to you.
  2. Together we will inspect your home and clarify the next steps.
  3. Potential ways to increase the value of your house (e.g. furnishing, repairs) are discussed.
  4. Your house is then professionally photographed. Our graphic artists create a professional and meaningful house exposé.
  5. We will define the appropriate target group taking into account the location, the condition of your property and the current market situation.
  6. We organise the documents together and prepare them for the sale.
  7. Determining the type of marketing – Where do your buyers come from and how do they find your house?
  8. Advertisements are placed on all major real estate portals in Germany and abroad.
  9. We always discuss the organization of the viewings together.
  10. A credit check of the prospective buyers will always take place.
  11. We conduct the negotiations in consultation with you until we achieve a top selling price.
  12. Legally secured sales documents (purchase contract, liability, delivery protocol, etc.) are prepared.
  13. We are there for you at any time until the keys are handed over.
