The right of withdrawal for consumers
As a consumer you have the right to cancel this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period ends fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right to withdraw from the contact, you must notify us (BLP Investments GmbH, Reichsstrasse 12, 14052 Berlin, Tel-No.: +49 30 – 67 94 86 46, Email: → info@blacklabel-properties.com) of your decision to terminate the contract (E.g. via post, fax, e-mail). You can use the withdrawal formula below, however this is not mandatory. In order to observe the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we must repay all payments we have received from you promptly or within fourteen days after receiving your statement about exercising your right of withdrawal including costs of delivery with the exception of additional costs arising from that fact you have chosen another type of delivery than the cheapest offered by us. For the repayment we use the same method of payment you have used for the initial transaction unless we explicitly agree otherwise. You will not be charged with fees for this repayment.
If you requested that our services be commenced during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided by us at the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect to this contract, in comparison to the total amount of the services provided for in this contract.
Note on premature termination of the right of withdrawal
Your right of cancellation of the contract expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled at your explicit request before you have exercised your right of revocation. Obligations to
