"I'm based in Scotland but was trying to sell my flat in Berlin which I have had for a good few years which would be hard enough even without trying to do it in the middle of a pandemic when it was impossible to travel to Germany. Black Label and Inga in particular were fantastic right through the valuation and marketing process, helping me through the sales process and even helping facilitate the moving out of the tenant who decided to move out midway through the sale. Having a property in Berlin has been a bit of a roller coaster and hasn't run as smoothly as it should of with one property company (which fortunately doesn't exist anymore) in particular causing me an enormous and very expensive problem.
