The floor-to-ceiling window fronts with sun blinds and insect screens can be flexibly moved and are controlled via a smart home system. A water-guided underfloor heating system, which is fed by the solar panels, ensures pleasant warmth in the rooms even in cooler seasons.

The houseboat is self-sufficient and has a 2000 litre fresh water tank. The water is purified in 4 ways by a filter system and transferred to the storage tank. Clay plaster walls store the humidity and serve as insulation at the same time.
The terrace adjoining the living area has a comfortable barbecue. The boat's own roof terrace provides wonderful views of the water and the surroundings.
