This spacious vacant two-bedroom second-floor Altbau apartment with large bay window boasts high ceilings and some beautiful original stucco detailing. It forms part of a historic listed five-storey residential building built in 1888 by Rudolf Denck and retains its striking moulded and carved facade.
With all rooms leading from the entrance hallway, on your immediate right through the front door you come into a large living room with a bay window window facing out over Katzbachstrasse with views towards nearby Viktoriapark.
Next comes another room accessible through from the main living room, which can be used either as a bedroom or a further living/dining room. At the end of the hall is a substantial bedroom facing out over the garden area at the rear of the building.
The flat is completed by a kitchen and shower room/WC on the left of the hallway which are ready for modernisation by the new owner, both of which face out over the rear garden area.
The division declaration for the building dates from 2013. The building is currently being renovated. This will include the front and rear facade, communal entrance hall and staircase, cellar storage spaces and communal rear garden.
